THE PERSONAL ORGAN OF TOURNEMIRE This organ was built between 1908 and 1910 by Charles Mutin (opus 959). There is an engraving representing Tournemire on the organ. When Tournemire died on Novembre, 4, 1939, his wife sold the organ to a church in La Roche sur Yon. In the 1970s, the organ builder Adrien Maciet bought this organ for his father Jean who was organist and chapel master at St Cloud. Nowadays it is stored in Maciet’s workshop.
